We have an IMMEDIATE need to find great individuals to become Document Reviewer IIIs.
A Document Reviewer III receives and reviews loan modifications and new loan information for accuracy and completion to assist in the processing of loans prior to underwriting.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set/attributes: Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook; Ability to type 40+ WPM; Ten Key 8,000+ KPH; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to work on multi-complex computer systems consecutively; Self starter that does not need constant supervision; Great attitude - friendly and outgoing personality; Works well in a team environment; Analytical minded - likes the details; Punctual - show up to work on time, every time; and Ability to review, organize, analyze, determine needs, and follow-through with necessary action.
There are multiple job openings. These positions are 40+hours (there may be overtime required).
