We are in search of a Marketing Analysis Manager to build strong business relationships. The Marketing Analysis Manager is responsible for defining the company's anallytic services by measuring, analyzing, and executing marketing efforts. This is a very analytical position.
Responsiblities include, but are not limited to: • Developing advanced tagging strategies for measuring attribution and capturing multi-channel campaign performance across: social, mobile, digital and offline channels • Conduct in-depth analysis of trends and historic performance to stratgize and create proposal for clients • Developing complex queries to support data extracts for marketing campaigns, • Collaborate with clients to address issues and develop and measure analytic solutions • Develop process and systems that standardize and automate reporting while providing insight generation • Always maintain integrity and quality by proactive and reactive analyses while contributing to the measurement and metric evaluations for existing accounts and new business proposals. • Manage data, processes, and provide input on data architectures for capturing and using information
Reuirements include: • MS/MA in Statistics, Quantitative methods, Math, Computer Science, or Marketing or applicable experience • 4-6+ years experience in marketing analysis, digital, CRM analytics • Excellent written and oral communication • Project Management Experience - Ability to lead and work alongside a tea, as well as communicate information clearly and effectively to high-level managment as • Understanding of various Databases, SAS or SPSS, and SQL • Previous experience in online marketing and web metrics and Big Data sets • Knowledge of database design, applications, and data flows • Understanding of various measurement technologies such as: website traffic analytics software (tagging and log file based) such as Omniture (SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics, WebTrends, CoreMetrics • Previous experience with ad serving platforms such as: DoubleClick/DART, Atlas, Eyeblaster etc. • Applied knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, online advertising, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing, customer care) • Strong presentation skills - Ability present complex data reports, financial analyses, and statistics in a simple and clear way • Ability to effectively manage and grow direct reports
