I was driving in this morning and heard it was Be Humble day! I was thinking that can be hard to do in an interview. After all, your suppose to talk about your skills and your accomplishments aren't you? The answer is yes but you can do so in a complimentary or Humble way. Whenever talking about a place you enjoyed working or a team you were a part of, you may want to start out with something like," I'm so proud of our team and what we accomplished, we had some great people working on that project. Now my role on the project was _____________ and I believe it helped the team in ______________. I would love to work with great, hard working people like that again." By saying this type of sentence you humble yourself and at the same time show yourself as a valuable member of a team or project. Have a great Humble Day!
