We are currently recruiting for Underwriters for one of our clients in the Des Moines area. These positions are interim positions, with an 18 month contract. There are benefits offered as well.

Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, approving and underwriting consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines. Functions include evaluating and ensuring overall loan documents are accurate, complete, and compliant, review financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios and other supporting loan documentation.

Candidate should have at least 2+ years of underwriting experience.

Strong communication skills, previous experience working with customers, and atttention to detail
