Responsible for providing technical support. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Also responsible for providing Desktop Support. Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience preferred • Ability to troubleshoot logically and effectively in the field • Demonstrated Network+ or CCNA skill set • Knowledge of Windows operating systems mandatory • Outstanding customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a willingness to lend a hand with any project • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously • Ability to work off-hours as required • Minimum of an AAS degree preferably in technology related For more information, call Mark at 515-453-9575 |
