Midwest Professional Staffing is currently conducting interviews for Document Specialist III for a large financial company in the Des Moines area. These positions will be long term temporary with an opportunity to get hired on. The starting pay will range between $14-15/ hour.

Must be able to:

1. Ability to analyze complex loan transactions
2. Communicate regularly with both the consumer and team members.
3. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and experience.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
5. Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision.

Previous mortgage loan experience is a plus, previous loan processing experience is preferred.

Candidates MUST have a clean criminal background.
